Pioneer Development is headquartered in Barrie, Ontario, in the heart of the manufacturing belt of Canada and the automotive capital of North America. Our business is to provide SR&ED consulting and contract engineering.

In 2006 we moved to our current address that provides better functionality to serve our expanding customer base and customer requirements. We have over 7,500 square feet of office, industrial and warehouse space; head office includes administrative staff, engineering, marketing, sales and management. Pioneer has state-of-the-art equipment and facilities on one acre with room for expansion.

Pioneer has staff in Asia that provides engineering and project management services. We perform production-line quality checks giving us the unique ability to guarantee on-spec performance prior to shipment. Our Asian engineers have North American experience and education and are vital in providing our customers the North American production experience with the cost benefits of production in Asia.
